This amazing ultramodern house is award winning object for best residential interior. Chris Tate was enjoying on the island Waiheke, New Zealand in a tent. Where he get the inspiration for home in a same shape.

The preparation and realisation of the project was difficult. And after two years the unique house was build. The main problem was the safety of the object. Because the walls are not conventional with an angle of 90 degrees. There were tested too many different options, more than 30.

In the end the architects choose the best solution for maximize the space. The area for daily activities is on the first floor. And on the second floor is the bedroom. The floors are connected with spiral staircases. Both floors have stunning view of the natural surrounding.
